A group of agriculture industry HR professionals from leading agriculture and food organizations met in January 2006 on Monsanto's corporate campus in St. Louis, Missouri to brainstorm about topics and potential speakers for the 4th Annual US Ag HR Roundtable.

This year we are also introducing three concurrent breakout sessions:
University Breakout – Understanding what other universities are doing to recruit at the high school level, focusing on counselor and parent involvement and general discussion on career services practices

How to Compete with Recruiting Efforts of the BIG DOGS – Sharing ideas on how companies with limited financial and people resources can attract talent

Centralized vs. Decentralized Recruiting Teams – Open discussion amongst companies about structures of recruiting teams within their organizations and which practices work best
