Chicken Broiler Farm Manager

One of Australia’s largest and most successful broiler producers has a terrific role available for an experienced Broiler Farm Manager. The company has farms in a number of different locations and is absolutely committed to providing high quality livestock to strict specifications resulting in solid customer partnerships.

In this role you will manage a large scale farm with a strong team of people. The farm is well serviced and has strong support from management and head office.

To be successful, you will possess the following:

Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in managing a large scale broiler operation Highly developed ventilation and shed management skills, and a proven record of high bird performance Commitment to continual innovation and improvements, quality and safety High level people management and leadership skills A well organized approach in ensuring the operations, especially logistics, are effective and efficient
