Business Unit:Supply Chain includes facilities and processes that operate to manufacture a finished product from raw material and deliver to the end-user. This business unit enhances competitive advantage, efficiency, innovation, quality and consistency.
Position Purpose:To assist in Capitol Project planning and implementation at a multi-plant site. Multi-tasking with external contractors, while ensuring that in-house production and quality are not compromised.
 

Required (Basic) Experience & Education:Major in Project Engineering or like major. Thorough understanding of MS Office 2010 (Excel, Access, Outlook, Word) and experience developing and adhering to Gantt charts.


Required Competencies & Other Skills:Excellent communication skills (oral and written), experienced mulitasker, self-starter, problem solver, thinks outside of the box, anticipates problems before they arise, very organized and extremely detail orientated. Excellent follow through, ability to hold others accountable, and ability to strictly adhere to a timeline.


Preferred Experience & Education:Experience working in project planning, experience working in a food facility, experience with GMP's and a working knowledge of HACCP and CCP's.
