  • Bachelor&##39;s degree or related agriculture or sales experience
  • Willingness and ability to relocate is highly preferred
  • Territory sales experience and/or sales management experience
  • Agriculture knowledge is beneficial
  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Time and territory management abilities
  • Proven problem solver
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to attend and fully participate in national, regional and team meetings with the possibility of an overnight stay
  • Ability to travel daily up to 80% where you&##39;ll meet with customers, using the remaining time for planning, preparation and training
