Business Unit:Land O'Lakes Dairy Foods division is a leading marketer of a full line of dairy-based consumer, foodservice and food ingredient products across the United States.
Position Purpose:Complete needed value added safety responsibilities at the Spencer, WI processing facility. Be involved with the day to day EH&S operations with main focus on assigned safety projects. Must possess good communications skills and have a basic understanding of safety regulations and requirements.
Required (Basic) Experience &

Education:BS in or working currently enrolled Risk Management, Safety Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Industrial Engineering.


Required Competencies & Other Skills:Computer skills standard MS Office platforms, must be innovative in creating or enhancing current safety programs, able to organize large amounts of data, time/task management skills, communication skills a must both oral and written, must be able to influence others

Intern Program Overview:During your 12 weeks at Land O'Lakes, Inc., you will be assigned to a project partnering with your manager and team members to make meaningful contributions to Land O'Lakes, Inc. During the summer, you will also have the opportunity to network with other Land O'Lakes, Inc. interns and utilize your school experience to drive your project to a higher level.
