Highly successful agricultural equipment company in Mead, Nebraska, needs dedicated and aggressive Location Manager responsible for directing day-to-day activities.   The Manager of this location will oversee 10-12 people in Parts, Sales and Service. 

The candidate must be ready to:

  • Manage and supervise the branch employees
  • Be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting of the location
  • Make decisions concerning daily tasks and situations
  • Identify growth opportunities, then develop and implement plans for market development
  • Act as a key account rep to the most important customers of this location.
  • Continue the success of the existing team and build on to it with leadership and employee development
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable state and federal laws

Candidates must also be excellent communicators, highly organized, and able to follow through with a variety of daily demands.  Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  This is a very solid company with a great benefits package and long-term growth potential for the right candidate.
