Monsanto is seeking a highly motivated individual for our Trait Field Solutions Operations Lead. In this role the incumbent will be responsible for:
·         Manage all aspects of operations projects across the TFS Testing team. These include but not limited to quality management systems, finance, organizational policies and procedures, TFS Testing Leadership team logistics
·         People Leadership of the TFS Field Innovation team. Drive program to gain efficiency through innovation and automation
·         Interact with various teams to develop plot projections, forecasts and capacities
·         Drive program to enhance and track metrics around plot costs and drive initiatives to realize efficiencies
·         Interact with various teams to generate reports for metric and KPI tracking
 


Qualifications:
Required Skills:
·         BS  preferably in Biological studies, Business or related field
·         Strong computer related skills in all aspects of Microsoft Office and SAP
·         Three plus years experience of large project management
·         Three plus years of demonstrated past success in people leadership either direct or by influence
·         Experience  leading QMS and process improvement  programs
·         Experience  working with Finance and Procurement teams
 
Desired Skills:
·         MBA
·         Lean auditor training and/or Six Sigma Blackbelt
·         Working knowledge of farming practices
·         Working knowledge of statistics and/or experimental design
