  • Coordinating meetings and local events as required
  • Preparing, tracking, and submitting expense reports for assigned groups
  • Assisting with travel arrangements including group customer travel
  • Assist functional leads with budgeting responsibilities, including accurate and timely reporting of SG&A budgets and forecasts
  • Processing of invoice payments in the A/P system
  • Entry of purchasing orders in SAP
  • Key point of contact for the summer student hiring process, including: coordinating interviews, hire packages, background checks, and participating in orientation sessions
  • Assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
  • Preparing documents and presentation materials
  • Screen and respond to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

  • Post-secondary diploma or certificate in related field with a minimum 3-5 years of related experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in supporting large teams
  • Team player, with proven capabilities to work effectively, and cooperatively in a team based environment
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Office software packages (Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Previous experience with SAP is considered an asset
