Customer Service Representative

Business Unit:Winfield Solutions is an industry leader in crop protection and farm seed products, providing insights an expertise in this area. Our brands include AgriSolutionsTM crop protection products and CROPLAN GENETICS seed.
Position Purpose:Providing our customers with the best possible service and value that we can with the goal of "Total Customer Satisfaction" including answering customer questions, taking and entering orders into Unity, following orders throughout process communicating any changes to customers, and following up with customers to ensure their needs are being meet and exceeded. Being the "Go To Person" for our customers when they have questions on products, inventories, and order statuses. Actively projecting a positive image of the Company and the entire 'TEAM" at the service center to help build and strengthen both external and internal relationships. This position will also have administrative responsibilities, generating reports, processing payroll, and inventory management.
Required (Basic) Experience &

Education:High School Diploma of GED equivalent

2-5 years of customer service related experience

Required Competencies & Other Skills:High level of Customer Service and focus.

Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high workload environment with the ability to plan, organize and multi-task.

Must also possess excellent math skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Preferred Experience & Education:Agricultural experience and or warehousing/distribution experience.

3-5 years of customer service experience in an office or warehouse setting.

2 or 4 year degree in business, agriculture, supply chain, or similar preferred, but not required.
