Sales Representative


Location:AR-Des Arc-607 Hwy

Business Unit:Winfield Solutions is an industry leader in crop protection and farm seed products, providing insights an expertise in this area. Our brands include AgriSolutionsTM crop protection products and CROPLAN GENETICS seed.
Position Purpose:This is an outside sales position that will be calling on local growers; will be responsible for the development of new business, working with growers on financing options, and providing technical advice and recommendations on seed, CPP, and crop nutrient requirements.
Required (Basic) Experience &

Education:BS degree in Agriculture, business or marketing or a minimum of 3 years of experience in Ag sales or marketing field

Required Competencies & Other Skills:Must have competent computer skills, possess critical technical/professional knowledge; must be able to handle mutiple assignments and closely monitor customer accounts; be able to manage time wisely, be self motivated and demonstrate excellent people skills.

Preferred Experience & Education:BS in Agriculture or related feild

Preferred Competencies & Other Skills:CCA
Percentage of Travel:5%
