Business Unit:Winfield Solutions is an industry leader in crop protection and farm seed products, providing insights an expertise in this area. Our brands include AgriSolutionsTM crop protection products and CROPLAN GENETICS seed.
Position Purpose:This position is responsible for delivery of all Winfield Solutions CPP/Seed wholesale programs to accounts. Additional responsibilities include program reconciliation, customer relationship management, and key contact point for General Manager, and Dept Manager levels.
Required (Basic) Experience &

Education:Bachelor degree in agricultural related field. Minimum 3 years successful sales experience or marketing with direct customer contact. Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently. Proven ability to interact well with customers, suppliers, employees and management of all levels. Proven ability to solve and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Ability to create and present interesting, informative and education product presentations.
