Business Unit:Winfield Solutions is an industry leader in crop protection and farm seed products, providing insights an expertise in this area. Our brands include AgriSolutionsTM crop protection products and CROPLAN GENETICS seed.
 

Position Purpose:To manage Business Managers in a geography. This position will provide coaching and feedback to the Business Manager team in a two state area. This position will also be responsible for forecasting and meeting sales and financial targets for the geography. In addition, this position will be responsible for establishing relationships with key General Manager and Department Managers in this the geography.
 

Required (Basic) Experience & Education:Bachelors degree in Agriculture-related Field. Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in related field. Proven ability to interact well with customers, suppliers, employees and management of all levels. Proven ability to solve and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Ability to lead and supervise people.


Required Competencies & Other Skills:Adaptability and Flexibility; Acts with Integrity; Building Strategic Relationships: Customer Focus: Delivers Results; Managing Work; Professional Knowledge and Skills; Communication (Written and Verbal); Ability to Lead a Team.
