Position Title: Regional Account Lead - Winfield

Role Purpose/Accountabilities:
Manage retail strategy at key sites for those channel partners operating across Commercial Unit Boundaries;
Develop a robust matrix management and communication network with the Retail Business Representatives managing Winfield resellers;
Coordinate with seed treatment KAM plans and initiatives with customers;
Coordinate with business groups on customer activities;
Implement marketing/sales strategies/tactics;
Develop top-line sustainable growth platform;
Direct execution of customer- based programs while managing brand related competitive issues at the customer level;
Establish and manage a relationship with Region and Division management of designated SYT Corporate Alliance Accounts;
Interact with District Managers to ensure effective communications with the account to ensure accurate and complete delivery of SYT product and program positioning throughout the accounts hierarchies; Provide the link between Account management at the Corporate Office level and the Region and Division levels of the customer.

Accountabilities: Revenue: $500+ million in Syngenta business;
Grow SYT share of wallet in CP, Seed and Seed Care· Stay within Travel and Entertainment budgets;
Develop comprehensive CP and Seed Business Plans with Accounts’ Region and Division managers;
Maintain regular frequent contact with designated personnel;
Ensure complete communication of SYT product and program information through the Regions and Divisions of assigned accounts;
Ensure visibility of sales targets to the Accounts’ Regions and Divisions and drive collaboration with SYT sales districts to maximize sales of all SYT products;
Provide business information and analysis to the Strategic Account Lead to enable the development of a comprehensive account plan;
Drive communication (internal and external) within organization in seamless fashion;
Business process analysis and improvement; and
Ensure complete communication of SYT product and program information through the Region SAA Directors.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Product Life Cycle Knowledge
Product/Brand/Crop Knowledge.

Critical Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Sales/Management/Marketing experience preferably in the Agricultural Industry
Minimum 3 years in industry
Required Sales Marketing(Brand/Crop) management experience
Managing Distributor Contracts, terms and Renewals(manage service/solve problems, manage cross functional account team, renewal)

Two years in current position is preferred
