Business Unit:Land O'Lakes Purina Feed LLC is North America's leading feed company, providing producers, cooperatives and dealers with an extensive line of animal feed, ingredients and services.
Position Purpose:Responsible for the fulfillment of customer related disputes. This position facilitates all activities related to the returned goods process, disputed invoices, credit processing (promotional & customer related, inventory & non-inventory), logging customer complaints (Performance Plus), issuing credits (both customer & promotional). They create and foster strong relationships with internal and external business partners, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and professionally. They are responsible for resolution of all issues related to complaints/ credits; coordinate, direct and own decision making necessary to accomplish service goals and objectives. This position will identify, initiate, develop and execute continuous process improvements when it affects customer complaints/ credits/ return processes; actively pursue tools, systems and/or processes to enable standardization.
Required (Basic) Experience & Education:Requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 3+ years' direct experience in customer service and/ or dispute resolution.
Required Competencies & Other Skills:Requires excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, detail orientation, customer focused mindset and the ability to maintain composure under stress, a sense of urgency when performing tasks, excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and analyze business processes, intermediate computer skills (with an emphasis on MS Office Suite programs) and ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience & Education:Strong preference for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field.
Preferred Competencies & Other Skills:ERP Experience a plus
