Informational Coordinator - Producer Payroll

Business Unit:Land O'Lakes Dairy Foods division is a leading marketer of a full line of dairy-based consumer, foodservice and food ingredient products across the United States.
Position Purpose:This position will be responsible for the reconciliation of milk receipts and milk balancing interacting with internal (NFPT staff) and external customers to verify volume accuracy. Verification of electronically transmitted data with some hand keying of data.
Required (Basic) Experience & Education:At least 2 years' experience working in, or supporting, a financial role. HS diploma required.


Required Competencies & Other Skills:High degree of computer literacy. Ability to multi task. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to self motivate and prioritize independently. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be effective in working with and maintaining relationships with all employees at the plant and corporate levels. Ability to analyze and decipher detailed information. Highly proficient with MicroSoft Excel. Ability to be resourceful, demonstrate business acumen and creative thinking skills. Good reasoning and sound judgment. Maintain confidentiality of payroll and financial information. Ability to provide excellent customer service.


Preferred Experience & Education:Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
