CASE IH Technicians Needed:

Im looking for exceptional individuals with preferably a strong background in agricultural equipment to fill multiple positions within the industry. This is an urgent need and a great opportunity with established implement dealers in the Midwest. Please contact me ASAP if you are interested. These positions will fill fast!

About this Position:
I would prefer individuals with an Agriculture background. Familiarity with farming equipment is a MUST! This includes but is not limited to Case IH and John Deere tractors and combines, and all accessories.

About this Position:
I am currently seeking a Mechanical and/or Heavy Diesel background: 3+ years of experience in diesel mechanics, hydraulics, diesel repair, diesel rebuild, troubleshooting. This is growing company that is looking for a solid employee. Main qualifications:

Must have a valid Drivers License prefer CDL

1+ years as a diesel mechanic and/or completion of recognized heavy equipment or diesel program

Diagnoses and repairs problems in the areas of engine, component parts and various other vehicle items

Technical degree, certificate or diploma in diesel engines, electronics, or equivalent amount of experience

Must be able to make decisions on whether an engine/or other vehicle component can continue to operate or should be repaired/replaced, based on best overall value and safety

May have responsibilities for initial estimation of required repairs, timeline for repairs or an understanding of when to direct the estimation to a Mechanic who can further diagnose

A strong work ethic and ability to be accountable for decisions and trusted to get the job done and done right to technical, safety, and customer satisfaction
