Agronomy location Manager position is now available with a progressive ag retailer. This is a successful location with an outstanding track record and excellent service. Responsibilities for this position include operations and personnel management. sales, and financial analysis . The successful candidate should be able to identify weaknesses within the company and demonstrate problem solving skills to correct these situations.  They should also be able to create customer value and develop team development. Key components include: people skills, analysis, and motivation which are critical for this position.

Successful candidates should have 3 years of experience with agronomy sales or management and a results orientated record of performance. Candidates should also have a relative knowledge of crop diagnostics, crop protection, seed and fertility.
