SUMMARY: This position may be responsible for entering application and Team Member change information into the system(s); answering Team Member questions regarding payroll, policies, benefits, etc.; completing forms and typing memos, correspondence and meeting minutes; handling employment verifications for current and past Team Members; compiling data and generating reports; maintaining confidential personnel records; calculating contract labor hours; organizing team member events; and any other duties as assigned. Difficulty of Duties: Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results and coordinating with others. Assignments are defined and the approach to be taken is usually determined in coordination with others.
Education: High School Diploma, vocational school or equivalent with high school subject matter such as mathematics, grammar, office equipment and business practices.
Experience: 6 + months.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills including generating simple letters, spreadsheets, and/or graphics for personal business use.
Communication Skills: Requires good verbal and written communication skills.
