Business Unit:Corporate encompasses the core operational support for all Land O'Lakes businesses. It includes Business Development Services, Corporate Market Strategy and Communications, Finance, Law, Human Resources, Information Technology and Public Affairs.
Position Purpose:Position is responsible for the entry and maintenance of address data in the Catalyst E1 system including Customer, Vendor, Employee, Patron, and Sample address types through manual and electronic mass uploads The incumbent will also assist with forms, business process maintenance, training and special projects as needed.
Required (Basic) Experience & Education:High School diploma or equivalent along with a minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience.
Required Competencies & Other Skills:Attention to detail; Solid keyboarding skills with good speed and excellent accuracy; Strong teamwork skills - flexibility, good attitude; Communication - readily seek required information not included on requests; Self starter with ability to work independently; Organization skills with ability to self manage in a multi-task environment.
Preferred Experience & Education:Previous ERP system experience desired.
Preferred Competencies & Other Skills:Proven teamwork, flexibility; Ability to prioritize work and manage stress in high demand periods; Project Management skills; Training / presentation skills; Superior customer service skills.
