Responsibilities for this position include operations and management of 2-3 full-time personnel and up to 10 seasonal personnel, financial analysis. The successful candidate should be able to identify weaknesses within the company and demonstrate problem solving skills to correct these situations. They should also be able to create customer value and develop team development. Key components include: people skills, analysis, and motivation which are critical for this position.
Successful candidates should have significant experience with agronomy sales or management and a results orientated record of performance. Candidates should also have a relative knowledge of crop diagnostics, crop protection, chemical and fertilizer experience, ability to get new accounts (local account preferrably).
