The continuous improvement engineer will lead and coordinate Lean initiatives across all areas of the company. Position focuses primarily on developing a Lean implementation strategy to improve efficiency and quality. Responsibilities include supervising 10 to 15 subordinates, working as a part of the senior management team, leading Lean projects, creating measurement methods, training subordinates on Lean strategies, and spreading best practices to all of the company.

A qualified candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or design engineering with prior leadership experience. Bachelor’s degree in engineering required. Training in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, ISO, APQP, FMEA, or TQM is critical. Individual must be a self starter who demonstrates high energy.
