Manages operations at multiple GGP and GP farms to produce top quality replacement gilts for our customers. Will train and monitor the gilts selection protocols of the commercial system as well. Oversight of several studs and their genetic programs as well. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these farms and there managers.

Manages and directs farm management teams by leading meetings, communicating company direction and reinforcing implementation of policies and procedures. Reviews daily, weekly, and monthly mating records of sows to ensure proper genetic mating. Trains farm staff on how to evaluate EBV on the herd. Reports to management on a regular basis to determine genetic improvements.
