This position will be preferably located in St. Louis, MO but will be open to other Monsanto sites in Oxnard, CA, Woodland, CA, Netherlands and Chile.

  • Work with IT on the future growth of the SAP and Field Systems
  • Responsible for maintaining the worldwide catalogs in both SAP and Field Systems
  • Responsible as the Business Owner of Grower Accounting and Field Systems to ensure that users have the correct security access to conduct their daily responsibilities
  • Responsible to manage all SOD issues for the Grower Accounting Process and to own the respective Mitigating Controls necessary to manage these exceptions
  • Work with all support programs to help set priorities of how IT assets will be used in problem solving, and manage and own all Change Requests for Grower Accounting and FIDO issues and enhancements
  • Coordinate and conduct training seminars/meetings with the Regional Production Process Coordinators
  • Manage the Grower Accounting DOA Regional tables and assign-reassign DOA access as necessary
  • Ability to both conduct and coordinate testing of new system logic with both the IT Group and the Production users prior to the new logic being moved to SAP
  • Continuous improvement of all Production Systems & Processes


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor&##39;s Degree in Engineering, Agronomy, or related field
  • Background in standard or customized ERP systems
  • Significant experience in systems and processes
  • Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing/operations experience
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 10%
