The Recruiting Coordinator is directly responsible for the development and execution of recruiting plans. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing recruiting initiatives by employing sourcing strategies and resources that will deliver recruiting success to clients and customers to ensure the best possible talent is hired.
Requires prior advanced principles and practices of human resources with strong emphasis in recruitment. Ability to work with MicroSoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, prior experience with HRIS database and experience with Crystal Reporting is preferred. Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related field. 2-3 years experience in human resources field. Any similar combination of the first two. 1-2 years work experience in foreign languages.
