Role Purpose/Accountabilities:
*The individual will be responsible for development and implementation of tactical plans and functions to grow Syngenta’s Bioline and Plant protection business by delivering comprehensive Integrated Crop Management solutions to ornamental growers in NA.
*Assist in developing and implementing the Syngenta Flowers Pro Integrated Crop Management tactical plan to deliver long term value to Syngenta and the customer
*Ensure Bioline tactics and those of the Plant Protection business are integrated to deliver ICM programs to ornamental growers
*Manage daily activities associated with the Bioline business in NA
*Serve as the account manager for select growers in the US to establish and implement Integrated Crop Management programs across their operation with accountabilities to deliver targeted sales
*Manage customer interaction and align touch point strategy
*Oversee Bioline’s Supply Chain to meet market demands
*Develop market data to provide key insights into the Beneficial and Integrated Crop Management market
*Manage development of A&P tactics to support ICM strategies
*Assist with product evaluation and identify new business opportunities

Knowledge, Skills & Experience: *Ability to analyze market needs/opportunities and understanding of business, marketing, and financial concepts
*Commercial experience working with growers and CP distributors
*Relationship management
*Knowledge and experience in crop production and protection in horticulture markets
*Extensive knowledge of Integrated Crop Strategy/Marketing skills
*Strong negotiation skills
*Strategic and technical vision, planning, along with resource prioritization and allocation skills
*Analysis of specific issues/opportunities
*Critical objective reasoning, effective verbal and written communication skills
*Self-discipline, initiative, risk taking, general adaptability
