Role Purpose/Accountabilities:
To focus on the top retailer accounts for delivery of Syngenta services and sales opportunities.

Accountabilities: Establish Mass Merchant network/relationships.
Define Flowers objectives with each retailer (aligned with Flowers Pro/L&G).
Data interpretation.
Collect & develop market intelligence to shape retail offer development.
Coordinate activities across the Retailer - Grower relationships.
Engage with mass merchant retailers and grower networks.
Establish in-store market tests.
Influence retail adoption of SYT products.
Co-Create consumer (Branded Plants) strategy and GTM options.
Program roll-out and campaign mgmt.
Identify retailer needs and objectives.
Ensure close alignment with Consumer Pillar.
Align insights with regional and global Flowers (Flowers Pro) functions
**This position can be located throughout the U.S. **

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Critical knowledge: :
Education: BS + 5 years experience.
Knowledge of Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry.
Product Knowledge in Ornamental Horticulture
Critical Success Factors & Key Challenges: Create Retailer/Grower Pull for Syngenta Portfolio.
Increase Syngenta presence at Retail.
Increase Syngenta piece of Value chain & share of wallet.
Account Planning.
Coordination of GTM Resources.
Working Relations: Grower Strategic Account Management, Product Management, LG Consumer Pillar, Technical Consultants

Critical technical, professional, & personal capabilities:
Strong Written/Verbal skills.
Cross functional aptitude and capabilities.
Marketing disciplines.

Additional Information:
A minimum of 2 years in current position is required (requirement for internal applicants only).
