Sales & Marketing Sr. Benefits Manager

Position Purpose:This position will be responsible to develop and execute marketing, growth and renewal activities for the Land O'Lakes Member Cooperative Health Plan (MCHP), while maintaining on-going relationships with participating and potential cooperatives.

The position will be responsible for: Effectively marketing MCHP to prospective new cooperative members. Develop and deliver marketing materials, pricing quotes, and comparative analysis to potential co-ops, and renewal materials to participating co-ops. Partner with MCHP leadership to develop growth strategies in line with vision and values. Establish business action plans to expand cooperative plan participation in targeted areas.
Required (Basic) Experience &

Education:Bachelor's Degree along with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in benefits consulting.

Required Competencies & Other Skills:Strong interpersonal skills with extensive experience in relationship building and management.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Strong understanding of health and welfare benefit regulations and products.
Willingness to travel and work with a domestic team of professionals.
Strong financial analysis skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience & Education:Benefits Certification (CEBS) or Benefits Insurance License, desired

Preferred Competencies & Other Skills:
Percentage of Travel:30-50%
