Business Unit:Land O'Lakes Dairy Foods division is a leading marketer of a full line of dairy-based consumer, foodservice and food ingredient products across the United States.
Position Purpose:Managerment of four direct sales management team members, and two divisions of Advantage Waypoint national foodservice sales agency. (over 300 agency sales team members) This postion is responsible to direct, plan, manage and influences all the foodservice field sales volume and growth targets over 18 states, $150MM in sales, while coordinating with crossfuntional team members in Corporate Accounts, National Accounts, Business Development and Culinary
 

Required (Basic) Experience & Education:Bachelors Degree
10+ successful years of Sales and Management in Foodservice Industry
Strong understanding of the Agency foodservice go-to-market model
Experience in management of Sales Agencies
Experience in managing direct reports


Required Competencies & Other Skills:Strong and Proven ability to manage a large porfolio of business
Working knowledge of foodservice broker networks
Experience in detailed contract negotiations
Cross functional experience in applying a team approach to business
Branded selling experience a plus
Ability to manage and lead efffectively in a matrixed selling organization
Ability to manage, lead and mentor team members toward both business and personal career growth
Strong reporting abilities. Understanding the business climate and reporting back to HQ clearly, efficiently and on time.


Preferred Experience & Education:Masters of Business Management
Broad base of expericence in Foodservice sales. (Direct Selling, National or Corporate Account Expereince, Management at higher levels in organztions, Broker Management)
