*5+ years of Parts Management experience in Ag, Construction or Automotive Parts is preferred.

*Strong mechanical aptitude a must.

*Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.

*Experience with POS systems and online parts lookups as well as knowledge of unit pricing.

*Willingness to work some evenings and weekends during busy season.

*Ability to list up to 70 lbs. and work indoors and outdoors in seasonal weather.


Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an established farm equipment dealership in their search for a Parts Manager.  Primary duties include overall responsibility for the profitability of the parts department and supervision of the parts counter employees.  This will include training employees regarding policies, procedures and computer systems, ordering and receiving parts as well as analyzing stocking needs and establishing gross margins. This position requires strong communication skills with customers, employees and management.
