Cargill AgHorizons is the division of the company dedicated to creating value for agricultural producers, specifically grain and oilseed growers in the Prairies and Ontario.  This division leads the industry in providing innovations in the areas of grain origination, agronomic and grain marketing consulting, and crop input supplies. 10% - Under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager, participate in the development of a customer based sales plan that defines individual sales and margin objectives.  The plan is constantly updated through customer relationship management tools, weekly customer focus meetings, sales call planning and input from yourself and other team members. You will also attend sales, marketing, and community relations activities such as grower meetings, supplier meetings, community events, and field tours.
