Career Advancement Oppurtunity for a supervisor currently looking for a step up in the industry.

Milling & Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the performance and efficiency of all milling equipment and maintenance operations within the facility and will be relied upon to recommend new ideas and approaches to operational efficiency. This position will assist with the identification and management of capital projects, resolution of critical issues within milling and maintenance, and will foster an environment focused on continuous improvement for all processes and services.

Manager must be experienced in commodity milling using cruschers and maintenance management, dedicated to maintaining technical knowledge by staying current in technology, trends, innovations and best practices, and will be responsible for providing strong leadership in the areas of safety. The position will provide direction to milling and maintenance staff and will be responsible for all aspects of human resource management including hiring, performance management, coaching, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree in Milling or Engineering, Equivalent combinations of education and experience resulting in the required knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are essential. Candidates must have good analytical, mechanical and problem solving skills, and should possess a high level of computer competency and strong presentation skills.
