As part of the Employee Communications Team, the Communications Manager – Employee Online Communities is responsible for monitoring, seeding and promoting Pioneer Internal Social Networking & Collaboration sites (My Sites and Community Sites). Specifically, this position will: -Actively communicate to increase and optimize appropriate use of internal online communities, primarily: My Sites and Community Sites. -Engage members in collaborative learning and knowledge-sharing activities, group projects and networking activities that meet individual, group and organizational goals, to create immediate benefits and generate an increasing cycle of participation and contribution. -Cultivate and assess the learning, knowledge and products created by the community to inform new strategies, goals, activities, roles and business models for the future. -Track metrics for My Sites and Community Sites, including dashboards and ad hoc reporting as requested. -Provide ongoing support (~15% time commitment) for MyPioneer/Intranet.
