Business Unit:Supply Chain includes facilities and processes that operate to manufacture a finished product from raw material and deliver to the end-user. This business unit enhances competitive advantage, efficiency, innovation, quality and consistency.
Position Purpose:To assist plant management and supervisors to increase floor time thereby improving line efficiency and labor productivity. Will also ask as backup in the following areas: inputting payroll, weighing in/out ingredient trucks, printing purchase orders, maintaining purchase order filing, coding billing for accounting, answering phones, ordering office supplies, organizing employee appreciation meetings, maintaining employee uniform/boot vouchers, general plant HR functions as well as other duties as assigned by the plant manager.
Required (Basic) Experience &
Education:Minimum High School Diploma with 3 years experience, college degree prefer
Required Competencies & Other Skills:Skills: Proficient with all MS Office programs, good communication skills - written and verbal.
