Agricultural Service Technician in Wisconsin!!

I would prefer someone with an Agricultural background. Experience with heavy farming equipment is a MUST! This includes but isn't limited to Case IH and John Deere tractors and combines, and all of the accessories that go along with them.

About this Position:

I am currently seeking out a Mechanical and/or Heavy Diesel background: 1+ years of experience in diesel mechanics, hydraulics, diesel repair, diesel rebuild, troubleshooting. Also, this individual will Diagnose and repair problems in the areas of engine, component parts and various other vehicle items. This is a company that is continuing to expand and grow and is looking for candidates that will be prepared to help drive toward the future. Main qualifications and duties will include but not be limited to:

Must have a valid Driver's License prefer CDL

1+ years as a diesel mechanic and/or completion of recognized heavy equipment or diesel program

Technical degree, certificate or diploma in diesel engines, electronics, or equivalent amount of experience

Must be able to make decisions on whether an engine/or other vehicle component can continue to operate or should be repaired/replaced, based on best overall value and safety

May have responsibilities for initial estimation of required repairs, timeline for repairs or an understanding of when to direct the estimation to a Mechanic who can further diagnose

A strong work ethic and ability to be accountable for decisions and trusted to get the job done and done right to technical, safety, and customer satisfaction
