New Accounts Representative
Duties and Responsibilities

Review and process new customer account applications. Communicate daily with Introducing Brokers regarding new and existing customer accounts. Update changes to names, addresses, phone numbers & commission rates in master file records. Maintain existing customer account files and provide files as requested by ADMIS personnel. Obtain, review and provide various trading & account documents to various futures exchanges and government regulatory agencies, when required. Complete special projects when necessary. Cross-train with Compliance Department staff and assume additional compliance responsibilities to ensure all departmental goals are accomplished. 

Skills and Abilities
  • Ideal candidate will have two or more years’ experience in new accounts processing and eagerness to learn and enhance skills and abilities.  
  • Undergraduate degree important, preferably in a business concentration.  Experience, in lieu of a degree, will be considered. 
  • Communication skills extremely important. 
  • Attention to detail and accurate data input are imperative. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required. 
  • GMI and/or compliance experience a plus. 
  • Must have ability to work independently with limited supervision.
