This innovative company delivers livestock solutions to all segments of the red meat value chain, including traceability, animal performance and sales transactions. They currently have operations in Australia, Canada and the US and are targeting the sale of new and existing products to other global markets.
The primary objective of the Sales Manager will be to drive sales of the business’ suite of products whilst ensuring customers are adequately supported in the use of software and hardware solutions. The successful candidate will also engage with industry participants in the value chain and identify areas when innovative solutions can be provided. This role acts as the primary interface between the business and its customers and as such has a high level of interaction between Management, Development and Operational teams.
To be successful in this high performing team, it is envisaged you will have a strong commercial orientation combined with a successful sales history and customer service ethic in the livestock and/or red meat industry. Ideally you will have experience in managing teams, be a strong leader and possess proven written and verbal communication skills.
