Ridley Block Operations, a division of Ridley Inc, is a recognized leader in the animal supplement and nutrition industry.  We are seeking Plant Manager candidates for our Buffalo TX facility.  This position reports to the Director of Manufacturing and will manage the day to day operations of this location.


The Plant Manager ensures the manufacture, warehousing and delivery of product within established quality guidelines, customer expectations and regulatory requirements.  This position actively leads and supports our safety and quality programs, lean initiatives and other strategic goals and has P&L responsibilities, including the development of the annual budget and capital expenditures plans for the location. 

The qualified applicant will possess a college degree or equivalent experience, will have 3 or more years managerial experience and knowledge of agricultural processing.  The ideal candidate will be skilled in motivating staff through good communication and leadership skills, will have solid computer skills and experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment.
