 They now seek a National Sales Manager to lead their sales team in the promotion, sale and distribution of the company’s range of products. This includes responsibility for the strategy, planning and implementation process, working closely with other internal and external stakeholders to make it happen.
As the successful candidate you will ideally have:

  • proven sales management experience within agribusiness, preferably within the livestock industry
  • established networks in rural distribution (through to state and/or head office levels)
  • a strong, hands-on and transparent leadership style in developing and managing a sales team with technology or science based products
  • outstanding interpersonal, negotiation/influencing and customer service skills
  • tertiary qualifications in an agribusiness or related discipline
  • a strong desire for new challenges and a passion and energy to succeed
