The primary job function of the Program Assessment and Evaluation Manager will be to design, implement/conduct, manage, and report on assessment plans in support of educational programming at the National FFA Organization. The Manager will provide timely, accurate, and thorough reporting on various measures of competency based performance, program efficacy, and student outcomes. Areas of focus will include assessment of pedagogical, curricular, and programmatic initiatives.

• Development and execution of programmatic assessments and evaluations.
• Analysis of data from programmatic assessments and evaluations.
• Development of reports and program improvement plans based on evaluations including revision, enhancements or potential termination of programs
• Develop a cycle for all programs, products and services to undergo quality and relevance evaluation.
• Consulting with staff to understand programmatic needs and design assessment indicators for each individual program.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication and project management skills.
• Interact, influence and work with a diverse group of internal/external people.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and/or external customers.
• Effectively prioritize, organize, use time-management skills, and be adept at multi-tasking.
• Accurate, detailed-oriented, and able to problem solve/analyze.
• Confident in speaking in front of small and large groups.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, self-confidence, and must be coachable.
• Must be able to manage vendor relationships.
• Must be able to write proposals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree required / Advanced degree (e.g., MA, MS, JD, PhD) preferred

Three to five years of relevant experience with programmatic assessments/evaluations.
