HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

 

A vacancy currently exists at Bindaree Beef P/L Inverell NSW for a HR Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR/IR advice and service across the business supporting both Management and Employees.

The following skills and attributes are essential:

  • At least 5 years experience in a senior HR Management Position.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act and ER legislation and processes gained in a unionised environment.
  • Tertiary qualification preferably in HR or a related field.
  • Sound knowledge around Workers Comp & Injury management.
  • Good understanding of WHS & EEO issues
  • Strong leadership, ability to lead a HR Team.

Non- essential but highly regarded.

  • Knowledge related to the meat industry or food processing.
  • Some experience in the employment of overseas workers.
