Job Purpose
The role of the production operator is to support the wider production team in producing quality malted ingredients. This is a shift based role working on a 7-week rotation between the hours of 06:00 and Midnight.

Job Purpose
The Production Operator is responsible for running the Production Lines, producing finished goods; raw materials, bespoke mixes or internal products meeting the required specification for each product.

Key Duties and responsibilities
  • Ensure the line is running at optimum production speed and ensure the product is made to a good standard, whilst assisting in the assembly and packing of a variety of goods.

Responsable Financier Commercial sera chargé de piloter la planification financière, les prévisions, la budgétisation et l'analyse de performance afin de soutenir la prise de décision stratégique et d'améliorer la performance financière. Ce rôle exige une compréhension approfondie des indicateurs financiers, des leviers business et la capacité à communiquer efficacement les analyses aux parties prenantes clés.

Responsabilités principales

Planification, Budgétisation et Prévisions :
  • Diriger la préparation du budget annuel, des prévisions mensuelles et des plans financiers à long terme.
  • Analyser les tendances financières, les indicateurs de performance et les principaux leviers business pour fournir des prévisions précises.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes transverses pour recueillir les informations et garantir l'alignement avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
Analyse Financière et Reporting :

Support Stratégique :

Exigences du poste

  • Français natif et anglais courant indispensables.
  • 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en finance, dont idéalement 1 à 3 ans dans un poste de leadership avec responsabilités managériales.
  • Une expérience dans les secteurs Agriculture/Pharma, Technologie ou FMCG est un atout.
  • Diplôme en Comptabilité/Finance avec une qualification professionnelle en comptabilité/analyse ou MBA Finance. Compréhension approfondie de la création de valeur pour l'actionnaire et des éléments du ROIC.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office. Expérience dans un environnement ERP (ex. SAP, Oracle).
  • Capacité et volonté de travailler dans un environnement non structuré, typique des start-ups/nouvelles entreprises.

Richardsons UK operations encompass oat milling, malting, animal feed and ingredient processing. Operating under Richardson Oat Milling, Crisp Malt, EDME, and Micronized Food Products (MFP), Richardson supplies the domestic and international food, brewing, and distilling industries.

We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer (Multiskilled) at our Crisp Malt, Portgordon location.

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Site Manager/Scotland Maintenance Supervisor, the Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer carries out planned and reactive maintenance of all site and plant equipment to ensure the required levels of malt production are achieved, work to be in accordance with GMP, all trade related legislation and best practice.

Responsible for
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
Contribute efficiency improvements around all areas of the site
Contribute to continuous improvement on site by maintaining a vigilant approach to your work, identifying, and reporting any areas of interest to site management
Complete maintenance paperwork/computer entry in line with company procedures.
Recommend improvements to the operation of equipment, where appropriate.
Contribute to the installation and commissioning of new equipment and plant, where appropriate.

C&G 2360 part 2 or BTEC, HNC, NVQ equivalent with industrial electrical bias.
