					<summary><![CDATA[The Field Product Specialist supports product sales throughout the region through education, training, feedback, and support of the current and future products marketed by Kuhn North America. <strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong> include the following. Other duties may be assigned.<ul>	<li>Conduct product presentations (group or individual) aimed at teaching dealer personnel and Kuhn Sales and Support Representatives on proper product application, set-up, maintenance, and service of current and newly introduced products.</li>	<li>Assist in the product demonstration (including some operation), new product set-up, training, and product support of products marketed by Kuhn North America</li>	<li>Lead new product introductions in the field through demonstration tours, dealer days, field days, shows, etc.</li>	<li>Support the region-specific sales activities and goals by providing input on current and future product introductions and competitive reviews.</li>	<li>Conduct product evaluation and customer feedback activities on pilot products in development, as requested.</li>	<li>Lead customer follow-up after new products have been introduced to the market to ensure the product that was designed meets our customers' needs.</li>	<li>Assist in identification of business opportunities involving potential new products and continually investigate potential product improvements, enhancements, and features to the current product line to respond to changing market demands. Provide feedback to respective Product Manager/Specialist and assist with analysis.</li>	<li>Identify competitions' products, distribution system, market share, pricing, strengths, and weaknesses; providing feedback and recommendations, as needed.</li>	<li>Support the sales organization by working select farm shows, including setting-up and teardown of displays, answering product questions for customers, and conducting field demonstrations of product.</li>	<li>Support technical and sales teams by answering specialized questions regarding product functions and applications and travel to dealer/customers site to provide technical support on product usage.</li>	<li>Provide a weekly report to summarize in-field activities.</li>	<li>Continually strive to find better ways to complete tasks and processes.</li>	<li>Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion and conform to all quality and safety procedures.</li></ul><strong>Education and/or Experience</strong> - A Bachelor's Degree in Ag/Mechanical Engineering, Ag Engineering Technology, or Agribusiness and extensive agricultural equipment application and mechanics is preferred.
